We are happy to accept return items for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All accessories, gifts and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. If you purchase Re:do protection for $1.98 at the time you placed your order, your return will be free. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. See list below.

Please note that the following items are FINAL SALE and nonreturnable: all sale items or items discounted by 30% or more, gift cards, accessories, and gift items. Additionally, items returned in poor condition or outside of our return policy window will be sent back to you as a final sale. Thank you for understanding!

If you received the wrong items or are missing something from your order, we’d love to help! Please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll get that sorted out for you as quickly as possible!

Remember, gift card codes and store credit codes will expire 5 years from the date they were issued.
